Helping SSK fight Breast Cancer

It is always nice to be able to join a team doing something good for someone else. In this case, Custom Eyes Concepts was commissioned by South Side Kustoms in Buffalo, New York, to recreate an SSK award winning custom cruiser, The Untouchable Bobber. The problem was that SSK didn't have any Untouchable Bobbers just laying around that could be mocked up as the Special Edition Breast Cancer version. In order for SSK to show the bike in full dress and paint, the entire actual bike was recreated in virtual 3D at CEC3D and then rendered in true realism. This way potential buyers could see the bike without SSK having to build another Untouchable Bobber until one sold. This allows SSK to redirect the money that would have gone into a build without a buyer, and focus it on promotions of the bike.

The bike is for a good cause so CEC3D did the work, over 300 hrs of 3D modeling and rendering, as a charitable donation. If it helps to save lives, CEC3D is always willing to do what they can to be a part of that effort. CEC3D and SSK come together once again, proving collaboration is the way to go to do great things.

Check out more pics in the Custom Eyes Concepts gallery. Then go over to South Side Kustoms to purchase the Untouchable Bobber Breast Cancer Special Edition. Only 20 will be made so get on it!!

South Side & Custom Eyes Concepts Present...

The Valiant II Evolution

Jason McCudden, owner of South Side Kustoms in Buffalo, NY and Bogdan 'Bo' Asciu, owner of Custom Eyes Concepts in College Point, NY have teamed up on a new creation. Talk about social networking leading to great things, Jason and Bo struck up a deal from one faithful posting on Facebook. Some years ago Bo had created a bike concept of personal preference. The idea was to create a bobber that was regal, like a royal chariot, but bobbed out.

Looking for some input from customers and fans for a SSK's next production design, Jason had posted a notice on the SSK Facebook group, to which Bo responded with his design dubbed the Valiant Evolution. Well the venture was on and now the Valiant Evolution is available. Gone from a concept design to the real deal with wheels and as Bo put it "[I] couldn't be more happy to be working with Jason, and to have Jason engineer this beauty. Whatever Jason builds, it's always the real deal, no shortcomings, no compromises. His bikes are super high quality."

At a fair price of $29,995.00 available only from South Side Kustoms directly, the Valiant Evolution is actually very affordable. This is no bike-in-a-box. Each Valiant is hand built, on a per order basis. Jason says "that's the way I can assure my customers that each bike is a little different then the next, by offering them options to personalize their bike". That kind of makes each bike Jason builds, pretty much a one-off. So go figure that you can have your own one-off custom steed for only $29,995.00 and know that it's top notch engineering and craftsmanship.

Check out more images of the bike at Custom Eyes Concepts Valiant II Evolution Gallery, and get more info about purchasing a Valiant of your own at South Side Kustoms Web Site or call them direct at 1-800-675-3191 and tell them "I want a Valiant!".

The PitBoss Custom Theme Motorcycle Concept

The PitBoss is the crowning jewel of concept designs for designer Bogdan "Bo" Asciu, owner of Custom Eyes Concepts. The artful design was conceived as one of two theme designs for the Fremont Street Experience in historic downtown Las Vegas.

Currently Custom Eyes Concepts has teamed up with Metal Mafia Customs in a proposal to build the bike after many tries before by other builders. Unfortunately the timing couldn't be worse for a project like this to be seeking funding for the build. Potential sponsors are few and far between of willing companies that aren't strapped by the economy.

Bo Asciu maintains a high level of optimism about the build and says "it may take a miracle or just a new approach but we're going to build this one way or another". Custom Eyes Concepts sure has taken a new approach and that it to make the bike a "green" custom. Their goal is to outfit the bike with one an many leading brand E-85 fuel systems thus branding the bike as officially green.

Everyone loves the design and has their fingers crossed as fans are building up behind this bike. All over Facebook and MySpace the fan base is growing. The company is hoping that one visionary company will see the value in the project and get on board with some solid support. Expressing his view of the project, Bo stated "this is not just about a couple of bad ass custom bikes and one man's ego trip, this project is about an adventure with Fremont Street for several years, designing and building bikes, cars and other crazy theme vehicles and having a blast while promoting one of the most unique tourist attractions in the world, the Fremont Street Experience "Viva Vision" LED screen. it;s a 1250ft long, 80 ft wide, 90ft high LED screen that plays, in vibrant HD color, one of a kind video productions on a nightly basis.

The combination of custom bikes and Vegas attraction makes for a very unique promotion and in the end, two lucky people can win ownership of each of these bikes in the promotion's giveaway contest. Free to sign up, when the bike build is officially underway.

Stay tuned!!
